Our unique binga pots are handcrafted by skilled women from the BaTonga tribe in Binga, Zimbabwe. The baskets are hand-woven from thin roots that are naturally dyed with bark, a time-consuming and traditional craft that has been passed down through generations. Each binga pot is therefore completely unique, bringing a timeless, organic elegance to your home.

In 2022, Savannen established a women's center in Binga, a gathering place where women can work, deliver products, or just meet. The center provides security, unity and strengthens women's economic position in the local community - because income gives power.
